No. 08 (2025): Jazz-hitz 08

Jazz-hitz is a jazz music research journal promoted by the Jazz Department of Musikene, Higher School of Music of the Basque Country, that aims to publish scientific works related to that music style understood from a very wide perspective.

The journal is born with a vocation for continuity as an annual journal with the desire to be of interest for the international community, which is the reason why it opens its doors to collaborations from different countries and diverse languages.

Issue 8 of Jazz-hitz is of a miscellaneous nature, containing a variety of subjects: from articles dealing with relevant figures and genres of Spanish or British jazz, to others that refer to the reception and dissemination of this music, or to problems of harmonic analysis of the songs.
